Huge week for members. We kicked off the week on Wednesday with two good winners. Ballast at $6.50 and Just A Fluke at $4.80. We had one bet on Friday in Savatiano who ran a narrow 2nd at $3.20. Saturday was big, we had a nice result off Carif at $9 and the clear highlight of the week was Harlem winning the Australian Cup at $41. We are now at nearly 30u profit for the month, an excellent start to a big month of major Autumn Carnival Racing.

Mammoth week delivering 24.2 units profit. Harlem was a great result winning the Australian Cup at 40/1 after winning for us at 50/1 last year ($100 BFSP). Carif was the other nice winner on Saturday, whilst Ballast & Just A Fluke were good winning for us on Wednesday. Take us to 29.8u profit so far for the month at 100% POT. Ticking along nicely with some big G1 winners so far this Autumn, and plenty to come.

Big week for members. It was a great start on Monday with Supreme Girl saluting at $14. Tuesday, we had a nice result off Mustarrid at $6. No result on Wednesday before having a nice day Thursday with Vigere winning at $4.80 to go along with a couple of nice place results. No winners across Friday and Saturday but some nice place results limited the damage. We closed out the week in style on Sunday having a good results off Glamour Cruise at $10 and Cilauro at $5.50. Model 5 has delivered 33u profit in under 3 weeks.

Good week for members. It was a slow start to the week having no result on Tuesday, Aubrey Skies was very unlucky at $8. No result Wednesday then Saturday was a big day. Winners were Ambibella at $8, Sunlight at $13.70, Prim And Proper at $4.60 and Yes Yes Yes at $4.60. We closed out the week on Sunday with a small loss. That takes us to a massive 139 units profit in just over the past 9 months.

Solid 6.4 unit win for the week, bolstered by a big Saturday with wins to Sunlight $13.70, Ambibella $8, Yes Yes Yes $4.60 and Prim And Proper $4.60. Yes Yes Yes certainly looks a big chance in the Golden Slipper, the one to beat at this stage. Sunlight has been an incredible filly for us. Having identified her before her first start, we've backed her 9 times for 5 wins, including at $21 in Futures for the Magic Millions. We've made 30.7 units profit backing Sunlight at 374% POT. She's a Trial Spy pin up horse for sure. Nice to see The Autumn Sun win the G1 Randwick Guineas also in a monstrous performance, another horse identified before his first start. We've backed him 6 times for 6 wins, but unfortunately he has started at prohibitive odds at his 2 starts this prep, so we've just watched in awe.

It was a good start on Tuesday with Ragazze saluting at Kembla Grange paying $3.70. Wednesday, we bet into two races and has two 2nds. The August at $5 and Fun Fact at $7.50. No result Friday before a winning day on Saturday having nice results off Prophet’s Thumb at $9.50 and Trapeze Artist at $3.50.

Here’s what Mark had to say:

Real mixed bag of a week, ending up with a profit of 1.6 units.  Ragazze was a nice collect from our only bet on Tuesday, before losing days on Wednesday and Friday.  Trapeze Artist was a good result and locked in a winning day on Saturday, while the win of our saver Prophet's Thumb made up for the luckless run of Baller in the same race - he's a big strider who just got caught in an awful spot in traffic, he'll improve for sure under the right circumstances.  Time To Reign was the real disappointment of the day, especially as I was very taken with Yes Yes Yes's trial but thought the way the race would pan out would be against him, but he was simply too good for them.

Winning week for members. It was a great start to the week on Wednesday at Bunbury having nice results off Henty Gal at $3.50 and Strong Heart at $2.90. We locked in some good prices at Albany on Friday but couldn’t get a result. Saturday, we ended the week with a minor loss. No result at Ascot but we had a good result off Golden Acres at Geraldton where we averaged $3.70.

Luke Murrell’s Tips

We just finish in front on what was a high turnover week for members. We had a loss on Monday before having a nice result off Miss Eporetto on Tuesday at $3.20. Evalina was good to us on Wednesday at $2.70. Small profit on Thursday before having a nice result off The Commoner at $4.15 on Friday night at Cranbourne. Saturday was a tough day with just one winner, but we closed the week out in style on Sunday with Luke once again nailing a Country Championships Qualifier, this time at Tamworth suggesting a 3 unit bet on Unbiased at $11. We sit at a massive 113 units profit in just over the past 2 months.

A minor loss on what was a quiet week for members just having the three bets. We had one winner, Bugatti Spark at $3.50. Regardless it has been an incredible run with a massive 266 units profit in just over the past 6 months.

Overall: 62.7 units profit (18.5% POT)

No result over the weekend for members. We were right around the mark once again with four of our bets finishing Top 20 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

Blackbook Bets

We locked in some good prices throughout the week but in the end just had the one collect with Bentley’s Brother filling a place at Albany on Thursday at $11. Each way play Arleta ran 4th at $21 on Sunday.
